QUIT Resources

Hello everyone, i am Tania and I would like to talk about my experience and trip to give up smoking for the nice. Look into using a nicotine replacement if you want to. If you discover that none of these strategies is working, talk to your doctor about treatments like nicotine substitute gums, patches, inhalers, or nose sprays. Sprays and inhalers are available by prescription only, and it's important to see your doctor before purchasing the patch and gum over-the-counter. Different treatments work differently (for example, the patch is simple to utilize, but other treatments give a faster kick of nicotine). Your physician can help you find the solution that will work best for you.

THEREFORE I required the advice of my pal (Who is a health care provider) and after laying in bed for nearly 14 days, I had stop smoking and was finally above the flu. I went through the torso pains, and being really grouchy, etc. I will tell you it was the best sense on earth!
